EMUNI encourages joint actions that bring together different institutions with common specialties and provide synergies.  At this event the major challenges of the region were discussed, with emphasis placed on water, environment, tourism and the role of orthodox church in the area.  Discussions focused on the need to manage the impact, evaluate the results and open a new way to promote dialogue based on cooperation on knowledge on excellence on research.

INWEB Coordinator Prof. J. Ganoulis presented his work on “Environmental and human security under climate change in the Mediterranean”.
