The second meeting on the coastal wetlands activity, namely “Management of Coastal Aquifers and Groundwater”, of the MedPartnership – Strategic Partnership for the Mediterranean Sea Large Marine Ecosystem project project was held on 12-13 June 2014, at UNESCO hq in Paris. The meeting gave the opportunity to the participants to present the results achieved so far under this activity and to discuss the next steps. One major next step was the mapping of coastal wetlands.
