Student RatePhD students who have submitted an abstract to the IV TWM Symposium are eligible for the Student rate. In order to validate their status, they should send a copy of their PhD student ID and a letter from their advisor to Topline Travel & Tours Fax: (+30) 2310 252 104 together with their registration form. The letter should explain how the symposium is relevant to the student's research, and include the title of the submitted abstract and the advisor's contact details so that confirmation can be sent.
Lower Income Country RateParticipants who have submitted an abstract to the IV TWM Symposium and have permanent residence in a World Bank ‘Low Income' or ‘Lower Middle Income' country are eligible for the Low Income Country rate. They should fax a copy of their passport to Topline Travel & Tours Fax: (+30) 2310 252 104 together with their registration form. Eligible Countries
